Fourth of July

Hope everyone had a happy and safe 4th. I had a wonderful low key day spent with family. 

Spiralized

I spiralized a sweet potato for the first time tonight and it was delicious. Mixed with some spiralized zucchini and chicken made it the perfect healthy dinner. If you have a spiralizer than spiralize a sweet potato or two. 

Conundrum

I look at my feet when I am perplexed.

 
I am having a bit of a conundrum right now. Self Host or No? I am thinking it is probably in my best interest to start now and not wait a year. I know that I am sending this out into the interwebs and have no expectations. So I ask you digital universe...Self Host? Now? Later?

Under Construction
